Okay, so I know I’ve ripped on Comcast before because they provided me with a defective DVR on one of the most important television nights of the year, but their On-Demand services are quickly making up for their earlier shortcomings. Case in point: Silver Spoons, that 1980’s sitcom starring Ricky Schroeder, Alfonso Ribeiro and Jason Bateman, has season 2 On-Demand.
If you have Comcast, simply click on the On-Demand button on your remote, select “TV Entertainment” and then “TubeTime.” There you will find one whole season of Silver Spoons. Watch Ricky and Derrick try to get some action from high school cheerleaders, witness Ricky’s foray into gambling and his ultimate showdown with “Trout,” and see the smoking hot Erin Gray grace the small screen with class and beauty. You know you had a crunch on her.
Mmmmmm, Erin Grey. From Battlestar Galactica to Silver Spoons, she never looked bad. She’s the 80’s version of Laurie Laughlin, who was equally hot in her own right. But I was always so jealous of Ricky. Fuck Barbie, I hate Ricky because that dick had everything…especially that race car bed!
