I’m pleased as punch to announce that I have perfected the tortilla pizza. If you want excellent thin-crust pizza anytime, without paying high prices or waiting on take out, follow my recipe and make your stomach very happy. To make Jeremy’s Perfect Tortilla Pizza, you’ll need the following:
Tortilla
Olive Oil
Pizza Sauce (I use Ragu)
Pepperoni
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Powder
Red Pepper Flakes
Pizza Baking Stone (This is very important)
You should seriously be excited. I’m about to make your life quite a bit better. Follow these steps and in no time, you’ll have your very own Jeremy’s Perfect Tortilla Pizza:
- Place baking stone in oven and preheat oven to 475 degrees
- Brush tortilla with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Spread desired amount of pizza sauce evenly across tortilla (I use a small amount)

- Apply pepperonis

- Distribute mozzarella cheese across tortilla pizza evenly

- Sprinkle healthy amount of garlic powder over tortilla pizza
- Sprinkle healthy amount of red pepper flakes over tortilla pizza
- Place tortilla pizza on baking stone in oven for 8 minutes

When you’re done, your tortilla pizza should be nicely cooked.

I cut it twice in each direction to make little pizza bites.

Obviously, you can apply whatever ingredients you like. Now go make a great Jeremy’s Perfect Tortilla Pizza!
Jeremy!!! Can I add sausage to this????? How about more cheese??? What if I want half of the pizza with pepperoni and the other half with olives, would this be possible?
